Mr. Arun Sethi, a Topper Commerce Post Graduates, Cost and Management Accountant, MBA Finance and LLB is a  Finance, Commercial and Leagl professional with experience of more than three decades and exposure with Group like Desein, Wave Chadha, Jaypee and Sun International.

Currently he is Managing Director and Chief Consultant in the field of Paper, Sugar, Distillery and Breweries. Hotel and Restaurants, Banquets, Malls and entertainments,  Real Estate, Power and Solar. Contracts and Project Finance, implementation of Systems and Compliances in various multifaceted Industrial Houses.

Mr. A. C. Sud, FCA, is a Senior Chartered Accountant having experience of more than four decades in Finance, Contracts, Hospitality Industry and Real Estate.

He has developed multiple Housing Projects, Co-operative Societies in Delhi NCR and currently Consultant to number of Groups in Real Estate.

He is Senior Founder Director of Company having exposure and knowledge of Real Estate Industry including in and outs which includes Real Estate (Regulation) and Regulatory Act 2017.

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, FCS, CMA, LLB, having more than four decades experience with group like HSB and Bajaj Hindustan in the capacity of Director, is a Senior Advocate practicing in Supreme Court.

He is a Author of several books, which also includes Real Estate (Regulation) and Regulatory Act 2017 published recently.

He contributes to Company in the capacity of Advisor and Mentor.

CA Gaurav Agarwal is The fellow member of The Chartered Accountants of India with over 17 years of rich experience in the field of Direct & Indirect Taxation.

He has gained expertise in the field of GST. He has been nominated as Certified Trainer for GST by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has conducted many seminars and workshops for GST. His shows relating to GST are frequently being telecasted on different News channels.

Awarded As “ BEST  HUMAN  RESOURCES  PROFESSIONAL  AWARD-2016 ” by GLOBAL  SAFETY  SUMMIT.,

S K Puthia (Insurance Consultant) Graduated from Hindu College Moradabad in 1974 in Science and post graduation in 1976 in Science and Mathematics,joined New India assurance Co Ltd as Administrative  Officer in 1978 with hard work,honesty reached to the level of Regional Head upon serving at various levels at branch,divisional  and regional offices.

Upon retirement in 2015,joined Safeway Insurance Brokers Ltd as Insurance consultant and now associated with us since April 2017.

Vast experience of over four decades in policy designing as per industry needs,risk coverage and claim settlement up to Head office level.   

Mukesh Kumar is a B.com graduate along with ICWAI digree in 2008. Started professional carrier with marketing experience in Axis bank (UTI) in a credit card deptt. Having  professional experience of 9 years. Presently working with GENPACT india. 

.Keeps interest in digital marketing and social media. A'so riuns an Institute at Hyderabad for weekend personality development & accounting classes to new graduates .Also.works as an Trainer in a Job placement institute on weekends.

Willing to face new challenges and difficult tasks to check and update his knowledge and  to improve his skills and experience. As Resident Engineer, worked in various districts of Uttar Pradesh, Was responsible for complete planning, Executing, Supervising & monitoring of maintenance & Construction of all types of Highways & Building Projects including preparation of primary & detailed Project reports with Quality assurance and exercising quality controls.                                                                

Ratan Anmol Sethi an MBA in International Business from Amity International University is CEO & Head Digital Marketing at Zero2oneMedia , a unit of DSMCSL.

He as Director in group is an Entrepreneur, Consultant for Startups, Marketer, Growth Hacker, Speaker & Trainer. 

As CEO & Head Digital Marketing,he is helping with Launching of New Products, Brand building, Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, Strategic Partnerships etc for multi varied Brands.

As young Director in company, he started discovering Parking Industry in 2016 & straight away started  new Venture Mobopark with a team of 4.

Started consulting startups in 2017 ,have helped several startups with Brand Building, ReBranding, Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing & Strategy etc.

He Initially launched a new initiative to help Small Scale Industry & Startups with most cost effective digital marketing solutions , trying to make a difference helping scale efficiently. 

Mr. Kamal Budhiraja, with wide experience in the field of litigation and corporate laws for more than 25 years is Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from University of Allahabad (UP) having a team of junier Advocates to handle cases of civil dispute, Recovery & Company Law Boards.

Mr.Subhash Kwatra is B.A. (Honours) in Mathematics with English and Economics from M.D University Rohtak. Alos did post-graduation in Mathematical Statistics from Delhi University and  MBA with specialization in Finance from IGNOU New Delhi . He is holder of the prestigious Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) certificate. He  joined Punjab and Sind Bank as Probationary officer in April 1983 and worked in different branches and Head Office . He headed Industrial Finance Branch (now Corporate Banking Branch)  as Scale IV and V dealing mainly in Corporate Credit.

He also headed Zonal Offices of Chennai and  Delhi as Zonal Head. He was General Manager and worked as Field General Manager heading 10 zones including major areas like Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Bhopal etc. with main sectors of credit, development, recovery etc. and retired as General Manager in March 2018. He has ample experience handling various departments like Credit, Recovery, Planning and Development, Human Resources and Managemen.

After retirement He worked as a consultant for PSB and attended various banking training programmes conducted by the bank sponsored training institutes. He also attended Credit management programme conducted by RBI training college  and Merger and Acquisition programme at IIM Ahmedabad. He joined DSMCSL as Chief Consultant -Funding and Credit Syndication from April 2018.

Deepak Bahl is a professional Chartered Accountant.having experience of more than 25 yeras. His team consists of distinguished chartered accountants, corporate financial advisors and tax consultants. At DSMCSL,he represents a combination of specialized skills, which are geared to offer sound financial advise and personalized proactive services. Those associated with DSMCSL have regular interaction with industry and other professionals ,which enables us to keep pace with contemporary developments and to meet the needs of its clients.

He belongs to haryana and completed his graduation in 2006. He qualified chartered accountant examination in 2009 in first attempt at all levels. his articleship was pending of one year when He completed his CA exams. After completing articleship training He started his own practice of CA and continued for one year.

Thereafter He joined Okaya group in 2011 as Manager Accounts. After 3 years in Okaya group, He headed finance and accounts in Okaya group. Then He moved away from Okaya and joined Spice Mobility Group in 2015. There He headed retail business in Finance and Accounts and Group Consolidation. Then again He now is associated with our consultancy group and looking after all Finance, Accounts and Taxation Matters.

Mr. Parikshit Prajapati is a Naturotherapist and He is the oldest Pupil of Dr. Lajpat Rai Mehari in Practis since 2005 for developing a specialized technique (LMNT) of curing people without medicines.

Based on practical experience gained while treating hundreds of patients he integrated methods from ancient Indian scriptures and applied the principles of physiology to his approach to cure ailments in a manner which has no parallel in modern times. His technique has since been christened by students and well-wishers as Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra's Neurotherapy (LMNT).His compassionate and passionate dedication to give relief to the maximum number of patients.

After completing the long journey of 40 years in a most auspicious taxation Department of Customs, Excise & Service Tax, He halted as Superintendent and then started my second inning as ADVISORY to Tax Payers from Aug’2016.

He spent my 20 years period of service in Audit where He got opportunity to deal with various taxation procedures and problems not limited to Departmental regulations but also with allied Rules & Regulations..

Now as a consultant his approach tends newly introduced tax reform of CGST/IGST/SGST/UGST for which He fully acquainted himself with day to day changes being brought by GST council.

Beside He also possess the qualification of a GEMMOLOGIST, being duly trained by Indian Gemmological Institute,Jhandewalan New Delhi in 1991 for :COLORED STONE GEM IDENTIFICATION/ DIOMOND & DIOMOND GRADING”

Rajesh Mittal is a graduate in Commerce University of Delhi. He is also Graduate in Law  and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.he is practicing as a Company Secretary. He has a wide experience of over 20 years in Corporate Laws Compliance & Management Services , Secretarial Audit, Approvals of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Compounding of offences under the provisions of the Companies Act,2013, and FEMA Compliances.

She is Executive Director and Chief Administrator in company since inception and managing affairs successfully.

He is B.Sc in Physical Science from Kurukshetra  University  in the year 1984. He is  holder of the prestigious Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) certificate. He joined Central Bank as probationary officer in 1985 and worked in different branches and  Divisional,Zonal & Head Office in various departments. He headed Industrial Finance and Corporate Banking Branch for many yerasin  Scale V dealing mainly in Corporate Credit.He is also PGDM from Welingkar Institute of Management in Financial Management.

He upon serving for 23 years with main sectors of credit, development, recovery etc took VRS and was Chief Manager with Dhanlakshmi and Lakshmi Vilas Bank from 2007 to 2014.Upon passing Limited Insolvency Examination,he served  as General Manager with AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP till March 2018. He joined DSMCSL as Consultant Funding and IB Professional in  April'2018. He is an asset for our consultancy group.
